For the first time in my life, I portrayed an Anime character instead of dressing up something Japanese-y ヽ(；▽；)ノ

My team celebrated our 9th Anniversary of delivering High Performance yesterday, July 20, 2013 just within the building and we have a Cosplay Themed party! (｀・ω・´)”

As I said before, yeah it was my first time with a character and as soon as I heard we’re having a cosplay theme party, I decided that I will cosplay an Anime character no matter what XD! And there it goes, I become Luffy! ＼（＾ ＾）／

Unfortunately, the theme announced 1 week before the said date and everyone don’t have much time to prepare to have their costumes. I too have a hard time but I thank Luffy for one of the easiest character to cosplay :D so I go as Luffy :)

Everything I wore was improvised or borrowed XD Since I also don’t have money to spent much to cosplay I just make things up to become the character XD I just bought the t-shirt and painted it XD The original t-shirt from Uniqlo would cost me around 500php and I can’t spent much on that. I only bought Luffy’s straw hat because I badly wanted it (●´∀｀●) *self-satisfaction* Anyways, black shorts is mine, the wig, I borrowed it XD because wigs are expensive too, although it may not look really much like Luffy’s hair, I just need a short dark wig :D and that’s it! :D I kinda surprised to see myself like that. Never expected too much happiness XD

Some are not game on cosplay so they just wore character or anime shirts. Others don’t have time so they ended up not to wear costumes. Overall, it was still all fun because of the games and everyone are enjoying the party (´ω｀★) so regardless of you’re in costume or not, we enjoyed out celebration.

Overall, it was a fun experience for everybody! We realize how hard to put up a costume as well as how fun to play in a costume! XD I hope this will not be my last XD I would really like to try :) I’m just not ready in the big public crowd XD *whew*

Anyways I would like to congratulate again my team! Great job to everyone! And thank you for the awesome freebies and gifts! :D
